"Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord" (1 Corinthians 15:58). The dedicated missionaries who gave up just about everything they had to include jobs, homes, families, and their way of life to be obedient to God will one day need to be replaced. As the population continues to explode, there are people that still need to be told of Jesus. How many of us have been called by God to do worldwide missionary outreach, but aren't willing to be obedient because of the unknown? Are we afraid of leaving our comfort zone to live in another part of the world that doesn't even speak our language? Fear of how will our families we leave behind make it? Fear of is it really God telling us to answer the call? Fear of losing our life? I'm sure that every missionary that was obedient unto God to go and reach the lost, had all of these fears and then some. Isaiah 43:19 says, "Behold, I will do a new thing...I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert." If God has called you for worldwide outreach, just know that the way has already been made. The need now is greater than ever before, because satan knows his time is just about up, and he is doing everything possible to deceive the very elect (Matthew 24:24). All of mankind has the right and more importantly need to know that there is a Heaven as well as a Hell. The work of God has to go forward. There is no time to look back. We are commanded to go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15). Yes, the need is worldwide, but the gospel should also be taught in our homes, communities, and nation. Isaiah 41:43 says, "For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee."
